waiting until at least 6:30pm to do any (further) recreational reading or any audiobook listening, today. I will not check *any* LJ pages until 6:30pm or later. Until that time, I will experiment with doing job work as my main priority. If I need a break, I can choose from house work, gentle exercise, journaling, brief cartooning, or possibly composing a thank-you note to T&N. I'll allow myself to listen to music, but will not use the mp3 player before 6:30pm.

| Met the letter on this one, and am going to call it a success. Only dubious bit was that I took quite a long knitting break, which was neither explicitly forbidden nor explicitly OK. The day as a whole was a big improvement over a lot of recent days--best work hours record for the past month. Good work! Yay! | |
