wrkinprogrss commits to:
waiting until at least 5:30pm to do any recreational reading or audiobook listening, today. I will not check *any* LJ pages until 5:30pm or later. Until that time, I will experiment with doing job work as my main priority, with house work, gentle exercise, th hw prep, and/or possibly some journaling or other non-fic writing for any needed breaks. I'll allow myself to listen to music, but will not use the mp3 player before 5:30pm.
After my 6:00pm-7:00pm appointment, I will not do any recreational reading by eye until after I have a batch of soup cooking.
