Healthy, Productive, Active Friday Star this Commitment

wrkinprogrss commits to:
accomplishing at least 5 bits of job work on 2/6/09, that I believe will actually be useful to the co-workers who use what I produce. I will aim to make at least 2 of these bit things that I can gladly report in the relevant team meeting and my weekly status report.

I will not do any recreational reading, web-surfing, audio-listening, or DVD-watching, until the 5 bits of useful job work are done, except that I will allow myself to listen to music without restriction.

I commit to attend the 9:00 Knowledge-Sharing session on 2/6/09. I will do so live if the conferencing technology permits.

I commit to doing at least 10 minutes of stretching, dancing, Qi Gong exercises, or dance experiments on 2/6/09.

I commit to taking at least one micro-step towards living a life I can enjoy AND feel proud of, on 2/6/09!

I commit to doing only quiet preparation for bed between 10:30pm and 11:15pm, on 2/6/09, or a little list review or journaling while in bed. I commit to having the lights out by 11:15pm.

Later: did not get to bed on time. Put in pretty good hours for work, but think I didn't make the 5 things goal. So it was a day in which I didn't achieve the goal, but having the goal seemed somewhat helpful.

Attended the Knowledge Transfer session live.

Sang along to Persuasions/GD CD while fixing breakfast--fun, and *might* qualify as a micro-step toward a better life.
