ykarate commits to:
Exercise at least 5 hours each week. I am only allowed to eat fruit on any day that I haven't exercised (until the total weekly exercise goal is reached). Dr. Khan's DASH meal plan once daily and weekly exercise goals are met. Off for date night (if weekly exercise goal is met) and off for Valentine's Day with Mom and Mom's birthday.
