- Attend Qi Gong class - Do grocery shopping - Do at least one load of laundry (unless I've checked and am SURE it's not yet needed) - Do at least 10 minutes of staff practice (unless warned by sensations that my wrist is not up to it) - Cook something: rice, or vegetable soup, or RoS cookies - Do only quiet preparation for bed (and/or journaling or list update/review, in bed) between 10:32 pm and 11:15pm - Be in bed with the lights out by 11:15pm
