make useful progress on S OR work items during at least 5 one-hour periods between noon and 7:30pm, today.
I will limit my recreational web-browsing to my standard internet time-windows. I will attend dance class, this evening. I will not play any form of audio after midnight, tonight. This is a purposely basic goal to help me rebuild momentum at achieving my stickk goals.

| Succeeded on all of this goal's specific points. Qualified success, however--some of the work progress was pretty minor for the given one-hour period, and I was up way late, reading, which wasn't part of the goal but which was related to the spirit of the goal. | |
