wrkinprogrss commits to:
work on real-world concerns and issues until at least 7:15pm, today. I will not consume fiction or other
audiobooks before that time. If I notice and make a note of feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, I'll offer myself a reward of 5 minutes of luxurious stretching, right away. From 10:32-11:00pm, I will only prepare for bed or do a little journaling while in bed. I will be in bed with the lights out by 11:00pm.
