wrkinprogrss commits to:
concentrate on real-world concerns and issues except between 9:30pm and 10:32pm, today. I will not consume any kind of fiction except in that time period. I also commit to trying to notice any feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, at any time when those may occur.
I will not listen to any audio-books, today. I will put in at least two hours of good work effort on the S project. After that, I will think and write for 15 minutes re R/B/N/T/C confluence. If I put in three and a half hours on the S project, I'll allow myself the privilege of another 15 minutes on R/B/N/T/C. I commit to doing ONLY preparation for bed (a little journaling in bed can be part of that) between 10:32pm and 11:00pm, and I commit to being in bed with the lights out by 11:00pm.

| Busy and easy for 45 minutes before chiropractor, and an hour and 5 minutes after. Then got up to stretch, listened to Mo Hippa, peeped into a catalog, and feel disinclined to work further. Will, though. | |
