concentrate on real-world concerns and issues except between 9:30pm and 10:32pm, today. I will not consume any kind of fiction except in that time period. I also commit to doing 5 hours of job work before listening to any audio-books, today. I commit to doing ONLY preparation for bed or journaling in bed between 10:32pm and 11:00pm, and I commit to being in bed with the lights out by 11:00pm.
