concentrate on real world concerns and constructive actions until at least 8:00pm, today -- I will not read, watch, write, or listen to fictional works except between 8:00pm and 9:00pm, today, and then only if I have accomplished the following, first:
- Prepared and printed out my weekly report for NP, - Sorted the clothes on the bed into laundry piles and wearable-again on hangers. I also commit to trying to notice any feelings or situations that immediately precede any cravings for escape into fiction, at any time when those may occur. I commit to turning the computer off and starting preparations for bed by 9:32pm, sharp, and I commit to be in bed with the lights out by 10:00pm.
