Every day, first thing in the morning, I will do the following, in this order: consciously review my motivation checklist make a schedule for the entire day spend 10 minutes imagining myself completing everything in the schedule vs. failing to do so review my motivation checklist again perform the first items on the checklist, consciously reviewing my motivation checklist at least 4 times in the next hour, using 15 minute timer.
