Haven't been doing this sufficiently this week. Will lose another $10. For now, just focus on your other goal, but try to do this as well.

$20 lost so far. Today is new day and I now have a chance to not lose any money this week. Let's do it.

I have been totally failing at this since at least friday. I am going to have to pay the fee this week as well. The best I can do now is start getting on track so that I make sure that I don't fail at the commitment next week, and devoting myself wholeheartedly to making sure I complete the new commitment I just made today.
