Today, I will have a full day schedule prepared first thing in the morning (if not tonight), which I will follow to the letter. I will spend only the amount of time I alot for specified tasks, and I will get up immediately at the time for which I set my alarm. I will have at least a 90% scheduled productivity percentage, meaning I can clearly, undoubtedly account for at least 90% of the time I spend and fully stand by it as something I planned which was done with forethought and consideration.

| Reached only 78-79% productivity. Very significant and praiseworthy, but unfortunately not enough to meet the goal. I believe I will do better next time. | |

| Through this commitment, I aim to establish a habit of productivity and efficiency far beyond anything I have attained in the past. However, this must be done a day at a time. I only need to think about the next 24 hours or less right now, and, ultimately, only about the next hour, 30 minutes, or 10 minutes. New habits must be built one brick at a time. Today, I will not worry about how productive I'm going to be tomorrow or the next day, or whether I'm going to finish any of the assignments or finals studying. I will think only about what I can accomplish today, and put absolutely all my effort into making this a day for which I will have no regrets. This will include, of course, explicitly scheduling guilt-free leisure time and fun, which I will enjoy to the fullest. I have only this day to think about and shape, and I will devote all the focus I can to making it the best day possible. | |
