ChooseWisely commits to:
I commit to following One Meal A Day (OMAD), limiting daily intake to approximately 2000 kcal.
No snacking, no exceptions. If exact calorie counting is impractical, I will limit myself to one serving with no second helpings. Sundays are maintenance days, allowing for a controlled refeed if needed. Courtesy exceptions: If food is offered as a gesture, I may accept the minimum necessary to acknowledge the gesture. If health issues arise, I may adjust to two meals/maintenance.
