1 hour of self reflection + talking to claude- problem- the job search process is extremely boring and feels like a job in itself solutions- mindset- 1. treat the job search as learning about the industry to make it more interesting actions 1. look at yt tutorials for extensions to auto apply to jobs 2. create a master resume with all your possible skills and experiences 3. create google sheet with common skills habits- 1. self assesment after interview (questions that drained vs energized you as a proxy for what you’re confident in) 2. ask for feedback after interview (what skills match, what skills you need, any other feedback) |
