"I commit to 1 hour of long-term education daily, focusing on structured, deep learning beyond immediate academic deadlines. Weekly flexibility allows adjustments, but I must reach 7 hours per week. If valid exceptions (work cutting into sleep, illness, major university deadlines) occur, I may remove those days from the total instead of carrying them forward. Logged weekly, reviewed on Sundays."

| Emergency mode was lifted this week, and we slowly wrestled to establish order again. With all these commitments going, the slightest spanner in the works can seriously derail the operation. The rules will require reconsideration, but all in all, this is an excellent addition to a well balanced life. | |

| Very important, but also very time consumin. An hour is a lot for a busy schedule. I've had to invoke the clause of emergency this week for a deadline, though not omitting it completely. When neither illness nor deadline was present, I did one hour. The benefits are immense. | |

| This is really heavy, takes time away from immediate study needs. Very clever idea, but is backfiring heavily. (in the short-term!) | |
