| The task that triggered my anxiety yesterday is done! What a relief! And I realize that it will potentially be useful for some future projects even if I don’t need it this time. So quite worth it. Now I need to finish all those small editing tasks TT go go go! | |

| Anxiety and stress drove me to avoidance again yesterday, as the deadline is around the corner. My coping system still has some issues. But I will not think too much about it. Just learn the lessons and move on. I am back on track today. Keep it up! | |
