On the daily: Eating Raw: fruit, smoothie OR nice cream for lunch & BIG Salad with yummy dressing for dinner. 2 days of the week I can have cooked but very veggie - plain based: No to minimal oil, potatoes, veggies, quinoa, farro
, brown rice are FINE. White pasta and bread are too processed and just counter productive!! Say NO to that CRAP and YES to my longer term goals - Pain free Life. Doing yoga. Stronger.
