Keep learning and growing, Karen & be SURE you take time to get rest! That's one thing that I think you're quickly realizing is VERY related to your eating patterns and over-eating is just a tendency when over-tired because it's natural to reach for comfort in times of fatigue. Allow yourself the rest you need and enjoy this problem disappearing...Self LOVE! <3

Nicely done...again - enjoyed some wine last night and ate a bit too much dessert, but really great...no binge! You're learning and while there is often room for improvement...you're being kinder to yourself and learning to eat ALL things in moderation again! :) <3 Self LOVE!

Way to go, Karen! <3 You had some wine and ww and it didn't lead to a binge! You had some cheetos and oreos and had a reasonable amount! So proud of you! Watch your fatigue this weekend and get some rest! <3
