| Day 2: Had 2 ciggs last night. My sleep cycle is off... I was up at 1:30am and had 3 ciggs this morning. I have 5 left. Continuing to remain honest about my intake.. I have plenty to do to keep myself busy today 🤞 | |

Day 1: I was doing well... I had a few urges. I talked to my hubs about my plan and he listened. He does not want anything to do with my smoking so I am thankful he listened without criticism. I kept myself busy with some chores. I then felt a bit anxious about the upcoming get together and had 2 ciggs. I am moving forward with the plan to have a patch available for during/after the get together. Hopefully this will be the only ciggs today. 🤞 |

Day 1: I have a family get together that I know will trigger feelings of frustration. I plan to pack a patch in the car to use. I am keeping myself busy with cleaning while it is dark out (that is the only time I allow myself to smoke). I have talked to my husband about my plan. I will use this accountability journal to vent and report my progress daily. Please wish me luck! |
