Master Sleep, Build Momentum Star this Commitment
Day 37 of 46

triis11 commits to:
Want to avoid Beautiful Boy and Requiem for a Dream. I commit to building momentum. Things that kill my momentum to stop are the addictive forces in my life: PMO, reddit, n, massages, edging, dating apps. I really want my brain back to peak form. This requires good sleep, hydration, and exercise 4 times a week. Main tasks: updating IDE for chronic pain, assemble all frames, making training videos, make new gels, and get ultrasound coupling contract.

Golfing yesterday with mike and parents. Easy to stay off all this when you have a fun fullfilling life.

Travelled, hung out with parents. Really tired.

Went to massage place and O. Told the person no touching several times but she took off her top and then i felt her tits and she touched for a few seconds. I told her no, but when i touched her again i came. Really felt dumb, embarrassed about supporting a bad industry, and bad about stopping such a long streak. I had Alex ready to come over but wanted to check out the massage places instead. Before I edged for ~3 hours on HUD so somewhat broke the challenge on that. Regardless I have built up a lot of momentum over the past month and one slip up does not erase that or stop that going forward. I am still committed to this SR practice and building momentum.

Downloaded HUD again last night to get me through a boring project. I still feel the urge now. I suppose the main issue is that it diverts your focus. and where focus goes energy flows. So we don't want to drain energy into this. It is a fix for variety since the tasks that I try to escape from are very boring. I will try to get variety from a better mechanism---going to the front, eating good food, biking somewhere, etc.
