| Successful week 7 - was in Chicago last weekend with Billy Whalen and even after getting home a bit drunk, still did not give in. In the past when I've just committed in my head to stop watching porn, I usually folded after having a few drinks and wrote it off as bad decision making due to alcohol. I still wasn't tempted this time and to me that shows that I'm really sticking to the commitment. | |

| Successful week 6 - similar comments to previous weeks. I feel like each week that goes by, it's less of a thought that even occurs to me, so the temptation isn't that strong anymore. Before the commitment, I would definitely take advantage of being alone at home during the workday or up late at night and watch porn, but I haven't even considered that for a long time now. | |

| Successful week 4 - in general I feel like the temptation is starting to wear off (or maybe just had a good week). I have not gotten close to going to a porn site or really had to resist a strong urge. Where I've gotten pulled in is like I said in week 2 - the damn algorithms on Instagram are putting more girls in swimsuits on my feed and so I have wasted more time on Instagram than usual. Still clean from porn, but I need to pivot to an actual Instagram strategy or just take it off my phone altogether. | |
