Apply for a 30,000 euro personal loan within 4 weeks. 3. Secure approval for the personal loan within 8 weeks. 4. Use the 30,000 euros as own capital to increase chances for a flat loan. 5. Apply for the flat loan within 4 weeks of receiving the personal loan. 6. Submit all necessary documents and begin negotiations.
