Goal: Establish and Grow Property Hunting Business in Lyon I commit to: 1. Finalize mentorship/partnership agreement within 2 weeks (Richard or the international company). 2. Contact 5 potential clients or referral sources weekly and acquire at least 1 client within the first 6-8 weeks. 3. Attend 1 real estate or networking event weekly (build 2 meaningful connections per event). 4. Develop a clear business plan within 2 weeks after finalizing mentorship. 5. Create a professional online and/or offline presence (LinkedIn update, website, and distribute 50 business cards within 4 weeks). 6. Track all leads and potential clients in a CRM system. 7. Spend at least 3 hours per week on Lyon real estate market research and property listings. 8. Practice French real estate terminology for 20 minutes daily. 9.
