| I am re-commiting to this goal for the coming week. I made a few small mods to the commitment details and posted them below, under COMMITMENT DETAILS. Basically, a couple things before work and a couple after work to set myself up to happiness and success. :) | |

COMMITMENT DETAILS I aim to keep a positive, empowered mindset at work and in life by... 1. Listening to my recorded work affirmations while getting ready in the morning; 2. Bf work, listing 3 things why: a) I am awesome @ my job, b) why this job is great for me; 3. After work, check-in w myself and soothe any work concerns idling in the background. Soothe myself by writing it out, using inner talk, visualization. 4. For general happiness and well-being, bf bed, a) list 3 things I love about me (in writing, or inner speech), and b) send positive, loving thoughts out to 3 people in my life. |
