This week, I will do...
-2x8 squats (breathe out while dropping into squat, breathe in going up)
-2x8 knee lifts (breathe out while lifting knee, breathe in when releasing)
-2x5 leg extensions (breathe out while lifting leg into position, controlled breathing for duration)
-2x5 trunk circles (controlled breathing throughout slow circles, feeling all the muscles working)

Next week, consider including upper body STs. Consider if will need to split exercise days, eg. M-W-F lower body & core, T-Th-S upper body & core.
