On Oct. 4th, did low carb not keto, with chicken parmigiana on its own, tomato sauce and cheese on chicken schnitzel (no pasta, obvi, no cauli rice, and no salad bc the lettuce had gone off). Delicious and filling.

On Oct 5th, was hungry at lunch so had eggs in butter scrambled with cheese and topped with frank's red hot. For dinner, had two deli meat roll ups (each consisting of 2 sl roast turkey, 3 sl hot genoa salami, 1 sl monterey jack cheese, some shredded cabbage, s&p, mayo and dijon). Had low carb plain yogurt w strawberries and blackberries, roasted almonds, chopped pecans, and cocoa with monkfruit sweetener. The yogurt and berries may have had enough carbs to edge me out of ketosis, bc I was hungry as soon as I woke up this morning.

I was planning to fast all day and ride out the hunger (it wasn't a big deal, more just something I noticed), but I ended up breaking my fast at 19 hrs when C and I picked up shawarma platters on our walk. I had beef and chicken, no potatoes or rice, green salad with chopped tomato and cucumber, garlic mayo, tabouleh, and pickled turnips. Started fasting again at 3:30 PM and am planning to continue fasting all day tomorrow.

Decided on OMAD today, broke fast at 23:15. Had 3 fingers, sime if rast chocken breast and caeser salad no croutons.

Weighed in this morning at 192.4. Broke my 47h15 min fast this evening with an angus burger patty w slice Monterey jack cheese dipped in dijon, garlic herb jumbo shrimp, and a caeser salad w bacon, shredded italian cheese,and roasted almonds for crunch. Yum!

Yesterday, the 29th, ate ‘normally’: lunch, snack, dinner. The snack was a full small pint of keto-friendly ice cream -a bit overboard. Next time, try to have what I want as a treat, then put the rest away for another day.
