| I forgot one evening. Last night I was laying in bed and realize that I had not practiced yet. So I briefly considered cheating, but instead I got out of bed and went and practiced for about 10 minutes.Big win! | |

| I played sax six days this week. The one day I missed was simply because I wanted to go to bed. I should have assembled the instrument played a few notes and put the instrument away. For five minutes inconvenience, I would have better solidified my habit. | |
