Exercising on 4 days each week, at least one a strengthening/core session. Minimum duration 35 minutes (e.g. 4 miles running), or 2 hours strenuous walking. Being ill is a valid excuse to miss exercise. I will also report on Lean (continuing gradual week-on-week weight reduction) and Clean (diet, e.g. 3 alcohol-free days per week) in the journal, and give £10 and £25 to charity outside the app if I miss these targets.
