| Three round Saturday beat my butt! LOL! The abs are definitely a weak spot where I continue to grow specifically with the dead bug, but glowing and feeling a difference while excelling in most other exercises. All are challenging, but just do better in some areas than others (abs). | |

| The grows are the leg flutter, dead bug and the leg walks (know I can walk a little further, but tough). Glowed with the remaining exercises in getting through without huge problems. | |

| Leg flutter has definitely room to grow as it is difficult to keep going without stopping. Glowing with the swiss ball toss and several other exercises where I can actually talk while working out | |
