Fast for at least one period of at least 24 hours every week for 3 months, with the goal of losing at least 7 kilos over that time.
In addition to penalty weeks being donated to Simmo, I'll make a matching $10 fine, paid to the anti-charity 'The Rev Bill Crews Foundation'. That's bound to hurt!
