doing any type of moderate+ exercise every day, 7 days per week, for at least 15 minutes per day. The exercise will get my heart rate above 120bpm for at least 10 of the 15 minutes. The exercise can be at any time of day as long as one 15-minute session happens between the time of wake and sleep. Any failures will be subject to loss in funds for PlayStation games upon University Graduation.
