5 Days of Week Exercise - Some Form Of Healthy LIfestyle That Is Active
Goal Description:
My health goal for the next 4 weeks will be to walk 60,000+ steps a week (10,000/day). I will also be doing either a cardio or weight resistant work out at least 3 days of the week. This month it is important that I continue to vibrate at a higher energy level and feel as good as I can each day.

Successful walked over 60,000+ steps for this week and completed 3 workouts. Journaling each day did help keep me accountable and on top of my progress. | |
