| Have been tracking better but not a truly successful week. A lot of time spent on moving/getting furniture which was successful this weekend, but a lot of time not explicitly tracked. Can't be considered really productive until I am consistently 8-10 hours by 10 pm. Need to only count deliberately tracked time and switch activities more quicky. Also need to be more constructive in processing issues related to tp. Have been thinking and ruminating unconstructively about past relationships | |
