sigh, this cannot keep happening! Plan the night before, every night about how you're going to wake up.
And if you plan for consistency, you have a higher chance of hitting your goal. If you automate this, it's just you against the machine. And that's why you fail. The real routine you need is setting the morning alarm every night instead of leaving it to chance. Put some fail safe around it tho. Lol |
