I'm so impressed by the step count you've been pulling in this disgusting heat! It has been awful out, and I totally get the leg day skip. Props to making it up though! Here's hoping the heat has finally broken for a bit. 🤞 (Also, please send pics of what you and your mom do this weekend!!) |

| Today I went back and did leg day though! So for the rest of the week I’ll either have to double up or just not have a rest day Sunday to stay on track. (Also did another miserable walk - seems like no matter how early or late I go it’s simply just gross outside) | |
