| First week in Cleveland, been tired after move out and especially an excessive amount of work tasks for Pitt that I needed to complete. Wish I had done more during the week last week. Even with stress over Marino I need to take care of myself and get 8 good hours by 9 pm. Let's see how it feels if I do that for the next week, and what resistances may come up | |

| Only 6 hours recorded by 10 pm. Still upset and anxious over Marino. Sent and got an email reply from her today that I haven't read yet. But am coping relatively well. Also slept in which played a role in limited productivity | |

| 6.5 hours done but more than 3 of it (and additional 1-2 after 10:30) focused on Marino issue. So so frustrating, but did turn a corner and recognize that I have to behave securely and take my existing life and time seriously, as well as act in the world more forthrightly by speaking with actual attorneys rather than just thinking through the issue again and again on my own | |
