Yesterday I failed again to be honest, and since I'm travelling today I expect it will also be difficult to be on the target. Now I'm understanding the major problem: during 90% of the day I basically don't touch my phone, but there is still an hour where I just can't be disciplined enough to not touch it, yesterday was after a family lunch, Saturday was while travelling,... I'm being way more close to 1 hour, but I still need to fix this if I want to consistently be under the target 🎯 |

| I had a problem and I couldn't put the print here, so I miss the challenge, although I had make it. I think I was doing this one day behind, so I will update on the morning with yesterday's time, I think it's more reasonable and fair that way. I saw the type of videos you recommend me, thank you for that, at least it worked yesterday 😁 | |
