Have focus sessions to study, work on projects, plan or do tasks.
Practice meticulously, bring an intention of calm focus and infused with "why" I'm doing this. I realize I need more structure in my days and I can accomplish a lot more of my important intentions with it. The work I do is meaningful to me (and others) and contributes to my wellbeing. A focus session is one pomodoro (25min) with a 5 min break.
