Do a focusmate session of minimum 50 min AT THE LATEST at 1 30 pm (preferably at 1 pm) every week day (Monday through Friday), except if I'm going somewhere (need to send proof in that case).
And at least 10 * 50 min sessions per week (it determines whether I "succeeded or not" for Sunday)
