Break 25g protein yog. Lunch: 100g green veg ( kale, asparagus, spinach) and feta salad Snacks: grapes, satsuma, pistachios, dark choc w. Orange and hazelnut, 2 biscuits. Dinner : pancakes with cherries, bananas, maple syrup and sugar. Second dinner: half a beyond meat burger, brioche bun x1.5, butter, 100g peas. Water: 2 ltrs Coffee x 2. |
