Week 10 of 26
MLJim commits to:
Have two "fasting" days per week. On those days I will eat a light breakfast, no lunch or snacks (except possibly carrots or fruit), and no alcohol. I will drink only water, black coffee, and unsweetened tea on those days.

| On my usual fast days we were celebrating our anniversary. I only got one fasting day in last week, but we had a nice anniversary trip. | |
