Lunch: 125g peas, sweetcorn, brioche bun and butter
Dinner: breaded tofu ( fried), homemade peanut sauce and 100g park choi.

Snacks : dark choc w. Orange and hazelnuts

Lunch: scone, Jam, cream.
Dinner: 200g peas and beans, vegan duck, soy sauce and a little rice.

Lunch: 100g green veg ( kale, asparagus, spinach) and feta salad

Snacks: grapes, satsuma, pistachios, dark choc w. Orange and hazelnut, 2 biscuits.

Dinner : pancakes with cherries, bananas, maple syrup and sugar.
Second dinner: half a beyond meat burger, brioche bun x1.5, butter, 100g peas.

Water: 2 ltrs
